You can log in to your account and change it from your Profile. Then go to the general tab to change your email. You can apply a coupon on cart page before order placement. The complete list of your unused and valid coupons will be available under “My Coupons” tab of App/Website/M-site.
Go to Profile ▸ Edit Profile and update your email under the General tab. We send a verification link to the new address. Once verified, your login and notifications will use the updated email.
- Open Profile from the header menu
- Choose Edit Profile → General
- Enter new email and save
- Verify via the link in your inbox
Instant refunds are processed immediately for eligible orders returned within the policy window. The amount is credited to your original payment method or wallet within a few minutes, subject to your bank’s processing time.

- Credit shows in 5–30 minutes typically
Add products to cart and go to the cart page. Enter your coupon code in the Apply Coupon field and press Apply. Valid coupons reduce the total instantly. You can review available codes under My Coupons in your account.
- Open Cart and locate Apply Coupon
- Type code and select Apply
- Discount reflects in order summary
Transfer codes let you move order ownership or benefits safely. Go to Profile ▸ Security ▸ Transfer Code, generate a new code, and share it with the recipient. Codes expire after 24 hours and can be revoked anytime.
- Navigate to Profile → Security
- Create new transfer code
- Share securely with recipient
- Revoke if not used within 24 hours
